Founder & CEODr. Jessica Respus is an accomplished educational executive, entrepreneur, and visionary founder of Cumberland County Christian School and the nationally recognized Beyond the Spectrum Institute. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, she brings extensive expertise in K–12 education, institutional development, academic innovation, and strategic leadership. Her proven success in establishing, expanding, and leading educational institutions reflects an unwavering commitment to educational excellence and student achievement. As Founder and CEO of Beyond the Spectrum Learning Institute, Dr. Respus continues to advance her vision of transforming education through innovation, opportunity, and purposeful academic leadership.
